Festival kicks off 2024’s festival season

Mercury Prize winners Young Fathers, veteran DJ and soundtrack maestro David Holmes, acid house heroes Decius and Helena Hauff are among the acts confirmed for Wide Awake 2024.

The festival, at Brockwell Park in South London on Saturday May 25, previously announced headliner King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

With US radio station KEXP hosting the main stage, the festival will also see the return of UK post-punk favourites Squid, beloved DJs Ben UFO, electronic pop legend Alice Glass, and Australian rockers C.O.F.F.I.N., The Babe Rainbow, The Dare, Etran De L’air, Crumb, Eartheater, Upchuck, and YHWH Nailgun to name but a few.
