One of the most popular Eurorack modules of all time just got a major update. ALM Busy Circuits have announced that Pamela’s New Workout is discontinued, to be replaced by Pamela’s Pro Workout. The only obvious change to the front panel is the slightly bigger display and the associated rejigging of the Program and Start/Stop controls, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. For a start, the new display is full colour, but behind the panel a lot has changed, from broader tempo-based division and multiplication all the way through to off-grid ‘flex’ microtiming.
The Pam Pro works with the existing Axon-1 CV input expander, with new output expanders to follow. You can find out more about Pam Pro in the video above.
