Cut your own vinyl with Teenage Engineering’s Record Factory
The PO-80 compact record cutting machine is a collaboration with Yuri Suzuki.
Newly announced by Teenage Engineering, the PO-80 Record Factory allows you to cut your own records from any audio source, creating one-off discs which can be played back with lo-fi analogue sound quality. Sharp-eyed tech fiends will notice that the Record Factory is almost identical to the highly sought-after Record Maker originally manufactured by Gakken. The PO-80 is a collaboration with Japanese sound artist Yuri Suzuki, who previously collaborated with Gakken.
The Teenage Engineering PO-80 Record Factory is expected soon, with an RRP of £149. You can view the full Teenage Engineering range here.
