Crossing continents and genres alike, SUCHI brings her Top 10 spins to the Juno nation
Part of the South Asian collective, Daytimers. SUCHI’s background goes some of the way to explaining her sound. Based in London via New York and Manchester, born in Norway but influenced by India, her selections see percussive drums, Indian disco, 90s prog house, UK breaks, trance, electro, and techno all rubbing up against each other.
Her debut EP ‘Swift’ ,released on Coastal Haze last year, received widespread critical acclaim, and at the end of last year she curated a nine-track compilation with Boxout.FM called SUCHI SELECTS, showcasing prominent and rising Indian producers.
