New feature spotlight videos demonstrate quick FM editing and algorithm switching.
Kicking off a new YouTube series, Korg have released videos showcasing some of the features of their excellent Opsix synth. When we reviewed the keyboard last month, we were impressed by its user-friendly approach to classic FM synthesis, offering unique tones that give it a sound all of its own.
In the first video, above, quick editing is the focus, showing off the dedicated rotary and slider controls for operator ratio and level. The second video, below, demonstrates how the sound can be immediately altered by switching through 40 algorithm settings.
