Having already caught some positive attention thanks to a split 12” with Tuff Sherm for the Plastic World label, young upstart Cassius Select is gearing up for his watershed moment releasing a three-track solo EP on Unknown To The Unknown. The Crooks EP is a fine example of the kind of playful but seriously executed club-rocking tackle that we always associate with DJ Haus and his barn-storming label, moving between ramshackle house bump and oddball two-step with a fearless abandon.
