Listen to Vereker’s Murder License
The US producer returns to Berceuse Heroique for a three track 12″ featuring a Low Jack collaboration.
Since emerging on L.I.E.S. last year with a pair of records displaying his bleak yet undeniably visceral productions, Vereker has become one of our favourite techno producers at Juno Plus, with his Slain EP for The Trilogy Tapes and recent remix of Ekman’s “Acid7” for Berceuse Heroique both taking his music to ever more extreme places. Vereker’s next release will see him return to Berceuse Heroique with the three-track Murder License 12″, which shows the producer taking his music into ever more extreme places.
Available to stream below in full, the record seems split between two distinct halves; “Flesh and Blood” offers a pounding techno track which Perc would be jealous of, while the flip sees two exercise in freeform noise. “Event Horizon” is a seething collaboration with fellow L.I.E.S. producer Low Jack, while “Bedroom Jihad” offers some particularly unrestrained frequencies – seriously, watch your ears on this one. No release date as yet, but expect it to sell fast when it does arrive.
