Vereker gets Slain

L.I.E.S. newcomer Vereker will supply The Trilogy Tapes with its next release.

Following Vereker’s split Untitled 12″ with Florian Kupfer for the cheeky (but instantly revered) Russian Torrent Versions imprint, and a contribution to the forthcoming Music For Shut-Ins compilation by L.I.E.S., Vereker has ventured away from a label associated with Ron Morelli for the first time. The San Francisco-based producer will supply Will Bankhead’s The Trilogy Tapes with its 15th vinyl release in what has been a stellar year for the label, with a recent host of leftfield and rthmically skewed releases fired from the TTT canon coming from DJ Spider & Marshallito, Youtube sensation Rezzett and Eomac’s coarse Hither, Pappy EP. Full details on Vereker’s TTT are yet to emerge but “Slain” finds the emergent producer in particuarly stompish and deceptively slow form.
