Off Minor Recordings prime new Magic Mountain High release

Magic Mountain High return to the vinyl format with the Burnt Breadcrumbs EP on the recently formed Off Minor Recordings.

To date there’s only been one Magic Mountain High release, the unofficially titled Schnitzel Box Vol 1 12″ that Workshop belatedly issued last year, with the improvisational nature of the project Dave Moufang shares with Juju & Jordash tailored for the club and festival stage. When announcing his new Off Minor label last month, Juju & Jordash’s Jordan Czamanski did however hint that there was a stockpile of unreleased Magic Mountain High material waiting for release, either through Workshop or Off Minor Recordings.

Having just returned from a debut Magic Mountain tour of the US throughout last month, Czamanski will usher in the next official Magic Mountain High release when Off Minor issue the amusingly named Burnt Breadcrumbs EP in August. Brandishing three of their trademark off-the-cuff house cuts, the considered deepness of the first two tracks is complemented by the notably more scuffed nature of final cut “Storm Catcher”.

Off Minor Recordings will release the Burnt Breadcrumbs EP by Magic Mountain High in late August.
