Watch: Why Amsterdam?

Marcel Vogel and Frankie Caputo have put together a short but enlightening documentary on Amsterdam’s flourishing underground electronic music scene. 

Across the ten minute documentary, the duo interview a cast of Amsterdam’s leading figures within the house and techno community to answer the documentary’s question: Why does Amsterdam have such as an enduring, flourishing and vibrant underground? Contributions come from the Rush Hour duo Young Marco and Antal Heitlager, Red Light Radio’s Orpheu de Jong, Trouw’s Olaf Boswijk, the inimitable Dr San Proper and more.
