Watch: Riego Street Dub / Riego Street (Scan 7 Way Of The Se7en Mix)

Awkward Movements have unveiled a nifty time-lapse video that offers a sneak peek into the creation of their forthcoming 12″ from Daojia.

As we recently reported, each of the records pressed comes wrapped in lovingly hand-painted artwork. The above video shows the scale of the operation undertaken by label boss Keith Pettinger and his army of minio- sorry, one close friend.

Soundtracking the four-minute clips are snippets of both the dub version of Daojia’s “Riego Street” and a remix from iconic Detroit techno outfit Scan 7.

Awkward Movements will release Riego Street Dub by Daojia on April 2, 2012.
