We’ve just stumbled across a website which allows you to (not so) seamlessly mix tracks using YouTube videos.
Turntubelist is undeniably fun, although the addition of a pitch adjuster and some naff affects would make for a seriously addictive game.
As it stands, you can use a cue function and cross fader to mix tracks, and even record your sets and post them on YouTube if you feel sufficiently enamoured with your handiwork.
For the record, this journalist’s attempts to mix the Carl Craig remix of Theo Parrish’s “Falling Up” into “Vacuum Boogie” Floating Points were laughed down by the Juno office.
