Creation Records film out in March

Seminal UK record label Creation will be featured in a documentary called Upside Down, due to hit cinemas in March.

The movie looks at the impact of bands like Oasis, Primal Scream, Jesus & Mary Chain and My Bloody Valentine, who took Alan McGee’s imprint from humble beginnings into the global spotlight.

A decade after Creation closed its doors, and 25 years since the release of its first single, Upside Down lays bare the drink and drug-fuelled mayhem indulged in by both bands and label bosses, in one of the most important periods in British music history.
