  3. Salted Caramel Ice Cream (Anna Lann remix) (5:28)
  4. Wedding Bells (Georgia remix) (4:24)
  5. Lately (Gerd Janson & Shan remix) (5:43)
Review: Just when you thought Record Store Day 2020 was over out comes another release, this time in the form of some remixes of Metronomy. These are the best of the bunch from the Metronome Forever Campaign and include Idles take on 'Wedding Bells', which is the Bristol band's first official remix for another artist. Kompakt label head and long time grown up techno champ Michael Meyer then comes through with a What IZ Love remix of 'Insecurity' that is all about widescreen electronic exploration. Interdisciplinary audio-visual artist Anna Lann and much vaunted Domino talent Georgia then steps up and the whole thing is shut down with a rework from Running Back boss Gerd Jansen in collaboration with Shan.

Review: A reminder of the days when liking Morrissey was a less contentious matter than it is today, 'Honey You Know Where To Find Me' is one of his more jubilant moments musically and lyrically finds the Moz in typically defiant form. The song dates back to the recording sessions for the classic Vauxhall & I album, although the original recording was shelved, only to be re-recorded a year later. You can't keep a good song down, it seems, and here it is again in glorious 10" -- and strictly limited - orm.

Review: Last year, celebrated experimental rock band Mr Bungle got back together after 19 years in order to return to their mid-80s roots as a thrash metal band. They headed out on tour, performing sets based on their mythical and near legendary 1986 demo-only album The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny. Now they've gone one further and re-recorded the album, this time in a professional studio, with the assistance of former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo and Anthrax guitarist Ian Scott. Now finally released, the set is raucous, insanely energetic and ludicrously heavy, with original mic man Mike Patton (now better known for being part of Faith No More) growling aggressively atop fuzzy, head-banging riffs, booming bass and some seriously loose-limbed, high-octane drumming by Lombardo.

Review: To celebrate both Record Store Day 2020 and the album's 15th birthday, Music on Vinyl has decided to deliver an expanded, marbled vinyl edition of Mew's fourth full-length, And The Glass Handed Kites. The album has aged rather well all told, with the Danish art-rock duo's fuzzy-but-elegant songs and nods towards alt-rock, prog rock and guitar-based pop standing the test of time better than much of the music of their contemporaries. The second slab of wax boasts no less than ten bonus tracks, including previously unreleased song 'Wherefore Are You Not There', the sought after 'Red Version' of 'Dark Design, and a fine Mogwai remix of 'Why Are You Looking Grave'.

  10. Taxi Guy (4:59)
Review: A Certain Ratio's core trio of drummer Donald Johnson, bassist/vocalist Jez Kerr, and multi-instrumentalist Martin Moscrop make ACR Loco a perfectly fluid and funk album. In fact, on this, their first album in more than ten years, the Manchester post-punk outfit are as funky as they have ever been. Their tried and tested sound gets nicely updated with modern beat driven sounds and plenty of redefines to today's political strife in the lyrics. There are plenty of smooth and cool synth led grooves like 'Get A Grip' and messages of unity on 'Family' that we can all relate to.
