The Pianissimo uses a combination of sample playback and advanced physical modeling to create a stunning acoustic grand piano sound. Starting with 250 MB of high quality samples of a Steinway Model D grand piano, the Pianissimo uses complex signal processing and programming to recreate the warmth, response, and playability of a real grand piano. The VST will operate in any DAW with support for virtual instruments in the VST format, including Mixcraft.

The Stand-Alone version supports any MIDI device, and any Wave, ASIO, or WaveRT device. It allows for two-track recording, loading and saving of standard MIDI Type 1 files, and supports mixing down to WAV, MP3, WMA, and Ogg Vorbis files.

The scale note closest to the input pitch is identified as the target note. If your vocal's pitch exactly matches the target note, no correction is applied. If your vocal's pitch varies from the target note, either sharp or flat, the output pitch is smoothly corrected to the target note.

The new variable Retune Speed control lets you fine tune the desired effect for your track, from subtle natural pitch correction to the Auto-Tune Vocal Effect.

The new Humanize function ensures that short notes are effectively corrected while sustained notes are allowed to preserve their subtle pitch variations for the most natural, realistic pitch correction.

The Auto-Tune Vocal Effect is what is technically known as "pitch quantization." Instead of allowing all of the small variations in pitch and the gradual transitions between notes that are a normal part of singing, the Auto-Tune Vocal Effect limits each note to an exact pitch, stripping out any variation, as well as forcing instantaneous transitions between notes.

Auto-Motion Vocal Pattern Generation is a unique effect that adds intricate musical patterns to a vocal performance. Patterns are selected from a built-in (and expandable) library in a variety of styles and can be synced to your host's tempo at various beat divisions. At any point in your vocal track, simply click the Auto-Motion Trigger button to send your vocal on a melodic adventure.

With Auto-Tune EFX 3, you're not limited just to our Auto-Motion patterns. Since Auto-Tune EFX 3's patterns are stored in standard MusicXML format, you can use any application that can open and edit MusicXML files (and there are free open source apps that can do that) to edit existing patterns and create entirely new patterns of your own. SFX

Providing a localized source of inspiration and a professional, standout production device for sound masters worldwide. The first part of this series features the two top artists Ruede Hagelstein and Asem Shama. Both DJs are well known for their releases on labels such as „Upon You", „Lebensfreude" and „Sportclub" and delivered their unique spirit to clubs and festivals like Watergate (Ger), Womb (JP), Fabric (UK), Berghain (Ger), Cocoon (Ger) and Sonar (Esp).

With the release „Sounds of Berlin" Uberschall covers the different subgenres of minimal sound i from 120 BPM Afterhour-House to 130 BPM Dancefloor-Techno i and is oriented around labels and themes such as „Kompakt", „Mobilee", „Vakant", „Boxer" and „Cocoon". Forward Features
Each of the 75 construction kits is broken down into its single lines, each kit offers bassloops, synthloops and drum and percussion loops which can be integrated easily into every liveset, thanks to Elastik. For your own groove creation you can use the single drumsounds which provide the low-end treatment and high frequency sizzle for the right punch in every club. All material is preprogrammed and ready to roll out thanks to the bundled Elastik interface. Whitten was hailed as a world class drummer, playing on Paul McCartney's Flowers In The Dirt album and subsequent record breaking world tour, and Dire Straits 18 month On Every Street tour. Chris has also recorded with such varied artists as Johnny Cash, Julian Cope, World Party and The Pretenders.

The Custom and Vintage SDX was produced by Peter Henderson who started his career at Air Studios where he trained and worked with Beatles recording engineer Geoff Emerick (Sgt. Pepper, Abbey Road etc). as well as with the legendary George Martin.

Henderson produced Supertramp's 20 million selling Breakfast In America, for which he won a Grammy. He has also worked with Paul McCartney, Rush, Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, Tina Turner and Ringo Starr.

The Metal Foundry SDX is an all-new recording with Meshuggah drummer Tomas Haake, featuring 7 x massive drum kits, spanning 300000 sound files of raw, single hit drum recordings in the vein of Drumkit From Hell and dfh Superior, covering Hard Rock to Metal, from the early Blues tinged sound of the late 60s to the fragmentation of today's music, from Power through Thrash, Death and Progressive Metal.

The Metal Foundry SDX celebrates the Toontrack Music Hard Rock and Heavy Metal legacy of the first Drumkit From Hell, on which the company has built its following. This in turn has spawned such groundbreaking products as dfh Superior, EZdrummerr and Superior Drummerr 2.0.

The Metal Foundry SDX was recorded and produced at Atlantis Studios in December 2008 by the original Drumkit From Hell recording team, Mattias Eklund (Toontrackr Music), Fredrik Thordendal (Meshuggah), Daniel Bergstrand (Dug Out Studios) and Tomas Haake (Meshuggah).

Toontrack Music were originally started as a production company for composing game and movie soundtracks. In 1999 producers Fredrik Thordendal of Meshuggah and Mattias Eklund of Toontrack Music decided to design a sample library for their own use. They called Tomas Haake drummer of Heavy Metal band Meshuggah to record the drum samples. The library was called Drumkit From Hell.

Little did they know that Drumkit From Hell was not only the first true multi sampled drum recording for use with a virtual instrument but that it would also be the start for Toontrack Music to become the worlds premier developer of software, audio and midi for virtual drum and percussion production, spawning groundbreaking products like dfh Superior, EZdrummer and Superior Drummer 2.0. In the time since Toontrack recorded and released Drumkit From Hell our knowledge of sampling drums and designing software has improved vastly and we've built a great following in all genres and with all kinds of users, but our core has always rested firmly on the foundation of those early recordings.

In order to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Drumkit From Hell Toontrack release The Metal Foundry SDX. The name has layers of meaning to us encompassing both the beginning, what has come from it and what lies in the future. The Foundry is a place where precious metals are forged and what was started back in 1999 with the Drumkit From Hell recording sessions turned out to be truly precious.

01) Drum Single Sounds and Percussion Sounds:

- Tons of grab-and-go ready, punch-filled and over-the-top: kick drums, claps, snare, high-hats, cymbals, tambourines, wind chimes, djembe (small, mid, big) and bongo samples. But also a huge ammount of different shakers; such as eggs, rattles, caxixis, maracas, rainsticks and nearly everything else.

02) Percussion and shaker loops:

- This section consists of shaker, tambourine, bongo, djembe, clay drum and mixed percussion loops, which you can mix with each other to create within seconds, new unique loops.

03) Synth Sounds:

The 179 Synth Single Sounds are divided into bass and lead sounds, including types, such as sinus, saw, resonance, sub, crispy and distorted sounds for example. We sampled the sounds with lengths of up to 8 seconds. All sounds were created with these synthesizers: Moog Voyager, Studio Electronics SE-1, Alesis Andromeda A6, Korg MonoPoly, Oberheim Xpander, Oberheim OBMX.

04) Instruments:

- The 429 instruments loops are separated into bass, guitar themes, Rhodes, strings, synth and a misc loop folder. The misc folder includes various instruments such as brass, organ, harp, flute, clarinet. Some of the bass and lead melodies are available in different types of sounds and groove, to guarantee high flexibility. Most of the 17 Guitar themes consist of various loops, which are different in the way of style and accent.

05) SFX Sounds:

- The 152 Sound Effects are split into sweeps, bits and pieces and a vinyl folder. The bits and pieces will give your music a more electronic feeling, while the vinyl folder, with its vinyl crackles, gives it a vintage touch.
