Review: Once cited by several major music publications as one of the greatest trip-hop albums of all time, Smoke City's 'Flying Away' has nevertheless flown under the radar in the long term. It's still, however, the best among the British band's crop of works, and is still loved for its individuating blend of smoked-out trip-hop with samba and bossa nova influences, as well as a seductive multilingual toasting by the group's lead singer Nina Miranda, who vocalises to narrate the entire album.
