  4. Boogie (Paul Johnson remix) (7:08)
Review: Minimono strikes back this time on new born italian label Greentech joined by a remix by neverthelss than Mr Paul Johnson. This 4 tracker starts with the raw filter house banger track named "Boogie" , follwed by "Follow Me" a dirt dry funk house jam. On the B side we find the deeper and rawer vintage roller "The Difference" followed by the percussive ghetto interpretattion of "Boogie" by Paul Johnson. Solid Ep for the 1st release of Greentech Music.

  2. Know Is Fonk (6:47)
  3. Estroverso (6:28)
  4. Junior (6:30)
Review: Fresh from the heat of "Buddy Now Buddy", Bosconi barons Minimono return to Robsoul with four freaky house jams. "Let'em Come" has a raw edge from the warped vocal manipulation but soothes with the woozy jazz pads. "Know Is Fonk" is much more visceral and direct with its shuffling beats and weaves of human rhythmic shots while "Estroverso" comes on strong like a really early Sneak record at -5 thanks to its stately jacks, spoken word samples and jazzy sprinkles. Looking for a more delicate disco touch? Jump straight on the wondrously loopy, flute-snapping viber "Junior". Heavens above.

  1. Oldest Friend
  2. Questions
  3. Some Day
  4. Eleven Days
Review: Bridging the gap between the old school and the new, Vibraphone reach out to Minimono, who represent the vanguard of quality Italian house and techno in the 21st century through their affiliation to Bosconi Records. "Oldest Friend" is a twinkling gem of bumping deep house, while "Questions" takes on a classic Detroit sound with a New Jersey swing. "Some Day" is a tougher beast, at least in the drum department, but there's plenty of soul in those melodic elements, and then "Eleven Days" pings off into broken beat territory with terrific results. For all the classic signifiers in these tracks, there's an infectious freshness to the Minimono sound that makes it a perfect fit for Vibraphone.
