  4. Harry Wolfman - "Nino" (6:31)
Review: Vinyl only edits sub label of House Of Disco returns, with its fourth edition in the series. A very funky and lo-slung sounding rendition of Arthur Russell (perhaps) on the groovy "Can I Get Witcha" by Snacks, newcomer SDWTRX delivers the sleazy yet smooth "Midnight Run" and label mainstay Harry Wolfman also appears - he is fresh off a great one on Outplay and serves up the dreamy and sun kissed bliss of "Nino".

  4. Ice Thin (Jesse Futerman remix) (6:05)
  5. Outro Version (7:02)
Review: Harry Wolfman is back for a full length after his collaboration with Loz Goddard last year. Here he delves into the leftfield side of house on this dreamy five tracker. "Fermi" is a deep and sultry lo-fi house jam that is perfect for chilled Summertime moments, while "Ice Thin" is an equally warm and balmy number with subtle latin house influences: in the vein of early Ian Pooley. On the flip, things get gritty on "Downstream" a trippy looped up number using some distorted disco/funk samples to interesting and hypnotic effect. Finally "Outro Version" is the EPs finest moment on this deep and evocative number with its Mr Fingers style bassline and reverb drenched soul samples providing the track with that extra edge. Toronto's Jesse Futerman joins us for the remix fresh from his debut releases on Church and Omena.

Review: Following a whole string of dope dispatches on the likes of Dirt Crew, House Of Disco, Lost My Dog, London's Wolfman makes his debut on Dutch deep house imprint Outplay. Four cuts in total, as always with Harry, both vibe and variety are the main priorities. "Hitch" is a loose-grooved hazy strutter with alluring percussion, "Pigs In Blankets" is as tasty as its name suggests with velvet falsettos, dreamy pads and slinky sleazy bass, "Nemoto" is the stone cold jacker of the pack with powerful filtered licks and a beat that you never want to quit. Finally "STS 136" bids us adieu on a sub-100 slo-mo strut. Heavy in the reveries with deep woozy flourishes, it's the perfect conclusion to yet another perfect EP from Harry. Bon voyage.
