Despite their roots as sample-centric deep house/disco/funk fusionists, Crazy P's reputation has been built on a hectic schedule of live tours. Arguably, it's their development as a band - a tight outfit fronted by charismatic singer Danielle Moore - that has cemented their reputation as one of dance music's most popular acts. Given all this, it's perhaps surprising that When We Live (2012) is their first ever live album. With an extended show (recorded in London earlier this year) spread across two discs, it's an enjoyable romp through their back catalogue, containing excellent versions of such faves as "Love On The Line", "Stop, Space, Return" and "Sun Science".
