So Phat! (aka Nils Ruzicka and Stavros Ioannou) launched a new project named Panique. First output is this "Two Moments" EP which is a solidly produced 2-tracker of moody grooves and funky electro rhythms. An interesting mixture of old-school sounds, retro synths and dark, melancholic melodies.
