Even if you're not a massive grime fan, it's likely that at least a few of these tracks will be familiar. The opening section is like a roll call of big riddims du jour Boy Better Know's ubiquitous '09 anthem "Too Many Men", P Money & Sukh Knight's catchy street chant "Slang Like This" and Lethal Bizzle's "Can You See Me". Elsewhere there's a reverent nod to grime's mainstream success with chart topper Tinie Tempah, as well as Ms Bratt, Tempz, Bashy and D Double E, who also make a welcomed appearance. There's a good flow to the selection and a nice contrast between the more aggressive style of the likes of Ghetts and Badness and the more sonorous sounds of Tinie, Lauren Mason and Woo. Some very big flavours - hold tight for volume 2!
