ChinChin, a label that has championed the electro swing sound in recent years, releases this latest collection of jazz/swing/exotica remixes and originals from their stable of producers. The smooth tones of Bing Crosby get reanimated by JoJo Effect on "I'm An Old Cowhand", while that old staple of New Orleans, "Sing, Sing, Sing" gets a cracking revisit by Bebo Best & The Super Lounge Orchestra. Elsewhere, The Andrews Sisters and Dean Martin get given housey makeovers, while others like Tape Five's "A Cool Cat In Town" will keep your jazz hands firmly out and proud.
