That is, if you spent your time buried in the bass bin at 90s minimal techno raves, where the beats still fell hard and the bleeps came dredged up from the netherworld. "Model Friendship" takes things up a notch with a louder percussive aesthetic at work, while the same endlessly looped synth mantra rolls out in a mind-fugging call to arms. It's brutal, no-nonsense techno enjoying a second airing amidst contemporary music that owes everything to master forgers such as Regis.
