Here's something to excite fans of contemporary discoteria: The Hands Of Time imprint overseen by Social Disco Club dipping into the increasing pool of production talent gathering heat in Italy and pulling out a slice of glossy disco vibes from The Heels Of Love. Along with overseeing Mad On The Moon, the Heels duo known to friends as Luca and Michele have delivered some luxurious cowbell moments this year for Under The Shade and Nang. "Slave" is evocative of so much glistening disco that's been put out this year but there's an inherent crispness to the production that sets the track apart. Further sheen is added with the accompanying remixes from Munk and Photonz which populate the B Side. The Gomma boss adds some metallic flex courtesy of bass stabs that burrow deep whilst Portugal's finest exponents of techno thump demonstrate why they have such a reputation with a spinal proto electro pulser.
