German deep house label Plastic City delivers another installment in the Plastic City Radio Show series, this time with the assistance of DJ/producer Lukas Greenberg. The title is perhaps a touch misleading; while earlier volumes in the series often featured radio style jingles to fit the theme, Season Four is presented as a straight-forward DJ mix. It is, though, a largely enjoyable mix, championing a slick but engaging style of deep house that rises and falls in all the right places. Moments of easy, cocktail-sipping groovery are balanced out by chunkier and more hypnotic moments designed to pleasure late night floors, resulting in a mix that simply flies by.
