After setting her stall out via occasional releases over a number of years, Molly Oshana has really kicked on in 2016. Here she delivers the debut release on the Partisan label, serving up a trio of club-ready cuts. She sets her stall out with the fizzing but rolling, vintage tech-house style bubbler "Accelerator", before fusing hazy chords, spitting electronics and chunky, locked-in beats on the futurist techno roller "Day 21". Best of all, though, is flipside "Arcadia", where stylish vocal snippets and lo-fi synth flourishes ride a dirty bass-propelled drum machine groove.
