The growing Disco Bloodbath label welcomes a new and unfamiliar name to their roster in the shape of Objects Of Illusions. Little info on Objects of Illusions is forthcoming, but this debut EP fits snugly into the canon of works Disco Bloodbath has accrued since the label was started last year and the title track "Private Games" seeks it's inspiration from a well known source. A grubbier take on a Chicagoan Mr Fingers bassline and Detroit keyboard chimes and rejoicing saxophones synonymous with Underground Resistance. The B-side also looks to Chicago with bleeping and aqueous arpeggios suggestive of a Virgo Four influence. Modern day house music with a retrospective trimming.
