Originally released in 2011, Conte's third Viagem collection was his largest and most explorative to date. Now, as he stares down the Brazilian barrel of Viagem 5, Far Out have compiled some of the album's highlights on this highly limited 10" long player. From the roomy drama and piano-punching jazz groove of "Tema em Do" and "Tokyo Blues" to the blissful croons of "Samba De Negro" and the honeyed Hammond strokes of "Copa 70", Conte's dedication to documentarianism in this field is near-matchless.
