Motech Records prides itself on the diversity it gains through collaborations. For their next release, we see the ever evolving sound of label boss DJ 3000 merging with the synth mastery of Esteban Adame and the driving momentum of Ben Sims. The collaboration with Adame sees a Chicago influence manifest itself in a dark and driving way, joined then by the kind of ethno-percussive elements that have shaped Motech as a whole. For all its drive and forcefulness, this release still carries enough funk and groove to keep it level.
