No need to introduce Mazi & David Duriez one more time, even those new in the house music business should have heard of them, the real Chicago Paris connection. They have developed their own labels at the same time, Gourmet & Brique Rouge, they built their careers at the same time but this is only the second time, and surely not the last, that they go together in the studio. First time round, they produced the seminal "Everything Is All right", one of the highlights from the Audio Soul Project's album "Community. This time they produced one of their future classic, while David Duriez was in Chicago on the way to his Detroit Electronic Music Festival gig. Produced in just one afternoon, the track is already acclaimed and hammered by (drop as much names as you like, they all play it): Josh Wink even said to us that Richie Hawtin and Magda came to the booth when he played it. Mr C has also been reported jumping in the booth to ask David what this track was. The Buzz is on... Wake up! "C'est de la grosse ballllle ce maxi" - Laurent Garnier, "This is amazing !" - Timo Maas, "Played it at DC10, the place went nuts!!" - Josh Wink, "It's great" - Mr.C, "It is supa-dope" - Mike Monday, "Jesus Christ mate! Tune Tune Tune. Which mix to play though?" - Marc Roberts, "I love it, excellent " - Fex, "Dope ass shit... Original is very very good and I will try it already this weekend in the club." - Tom Blacksoul, "Excellent. Original all the way for me." - Paul Woolford.
