After quietly amassing some knowing nods in the inner workings of the scene, it's fair to say that Audino, Barbir, Louh and Nicola Kazimir, the Zurich crew of artists that form Les Points are well established on the map now. It's also true that their music seems to broadening in its scope, as demonstrated on this album, Anthoms. Across the thirteen tracks, the group veer frantically between twitchy techno abstractions laced with sumptuous keys, offbeat electro oddities and saucer-eyed house confections with a boogism twist. Fans of the Les Points sound should note the group are set to appear on Baby Ford's long-standing Trelik label in the coming months, while Barbir & Kazimir will be dropping records on Pinkman and Lux Records as well.
