The Swedish power house duo of Jesper Dahlback and Jean-Louis Huhta re-engage their Brommage Dub project after two years of dormancy with the first release on the latter's newly minted label Huhta Home Studios. The Knowledge EP presents three tracks that fit neatly into the burrowing groove of the dub techno canon and demonstrate the duo have lost none of their studio chemistry despite the time apart. The title track alone builds with such an intoxicating style, deftly layering Villalobos friendly percussion aside stretched out spectral textures over the ever downward pitching dub groove. Naturally what follows travels along a similar path, with the more brooding jack of "Force Of Rhythm" gradually unfurling into some infinite dub cosmosis with consummate style, while the finger clicking "Near the Edge" bristles with equal attention to structure and detail.
