Some slo-mo disco chug here from Playmoremusic. In its original form "If You Really Want It" is a loopy deep house head-nodder, heavy on the bass and filters with judicious use of familiar disco vocal samples. There's a Dub, too, which dispenses with some of the more disco-centric elements in favour of greater emphasis on the slowly bumpin' groove. The real action, though, is on the A, where up-and-coming producers Cosmic Boogie and Neil Diablo offer their own interpretations. Both lay down excellent versions, with the latter's deliciously synth-heavy rework (think nu disco with added cojones) just edging out the former's bongo-laden midtempo house builder.
