It's always a pleasure to see some new GAMM heat arrive at Juno and the latest twelve from Mad Mats long running edits imprint does not disappoint! Austrian producer David Panda, known for some deep house moves for Dessous and Seasons, comes through with a nice re cut of the classic Marvin Gaye Motowner "I Want You" that adds a subtle house groove to the track. This is matched on the B Side by the contribution from Spatio Edits, upping the pace of Musiq Soulchild's "Forthenight" and slipping in a brilliantly bumping house flex which really works well with the originals string arrangements, whilst R Kelly's "Happy People" gets strapped to a boompty house beat.
