Italians Do It Better label boss Mike Simonetti takes the chance to indulge a baying audience of fans eager for more Chromatics and Glass Candy material with some of his class A edits. The latest 12" in the ongoing Mike series sees the erstwhile Simonetti introduce a wider audience to the talents of one Chris Burns, engineer to Mike's debut release proper Capricorn Rising last year, and also one half of the M + C music project alongside Simonetti. All four tracks are on a house tip and Burns' incendiary update of a mid 90s Strictly Rhythm classic on "Smooth Retouch" is a particular highlight here alongside "Steal The Vibe", a rough hewn journey into piano stab heavy house.
