Belgium label Curle released "Golden Dusk" from German artist Frank Martiniq in 2010 on 300 limited golden vinyls, selling out more or less instantly. Now in 2011 the deep techno cut is back, this time reworked by US deep house master Scott Grooves and Kataconda. "Panther Version" is dusky and warm from the offset, with low synths crawling and prowling seductively behind metallic and tightly sprung hi's. "Panther Beats" on the flip opens with and focuses on complex drums and beats, manipulated and worked to their full potential. Rapid hats, sharp cymbals and heavy kicks and patterns stream through in a captivating manner.
