Edit Select revisits his Mion alias for the first time in 13 years and releases the Fused EP on his own Selected Edits imprint. The original comes from Mion's debut EP Tanaka and Tony Scott gives his 1996 minimalistic gem a 2012 polish - a solid 16 years after it was first cut to wax. Shifted does away the booming reverbs usually associated with his productions, and his interpretation reworks the essentials, only upping the grittiness. It's yet another reminder that UK techno is back on top and loving it.
