London based Pater Noster is a label releasing on hand-stamped black labels and limited vinyl, small run/hand-dubbed cassettes and proud to introduce the debut LP from Swedish synth wizard Christian Akerstrom aka Folkvett. The Troskelvark LP is a compilation of infectious, hypnotic and cinematic Nordic synth jams, covered in true Scandinavian frost. In the words of the label themselves "Analogue, uncompromising and melodic minimal synth, this is music for the ice-cold punks". Soaring vintage synth leads, razor sharp arpeggios accompanied by the rusty crack and hiss of original drum machines, giving off a genuine character in the these raw recordings which channel the vibe of the early '80s synth music heyday.
