"Faithful Man" (Bare Bones version) |
Some call Lee Fields The Window because he's a complete and utter ledge. We prefer to call him a soul magician who's not lost his touch since 1969. Taken from his brand new album of the same name, "Faithful Man" is a harmonious, string coated Motown homage with no holds barred when it comes to emotion or energy. The Bare Bones remix is an added boon. Stripped back, subdued and full of roomy reverb there's a demo-like quality to it, but in the best possible way.
