From Get Physical, to 100% Pure, and even Deeply Rooted House, we can safely say that Emmanuel has built himself a string tech-house curriculum. However, it's his more recent material on his own Darkmatter Inc that has tuned our ears onto his sound, and this latest bombshell might well be one of his best. That's because his tech-house days have led him to produce some truly swinging techno jams now, and much like Shed with his Head High project, "Hype Beast" is a huge, driving dance floor anthem backed by a booming kick and rattling percussion swings - excellent! "Rejected" is equally banging and naughty on the low-end, but here we're definitely in a darker techno mode, which leaves "Jungle Ting" to offer another sublime house/techno hybrid fuelled by pure drum magic. Techno tip of the week!!
