This cheekily titled release from the emergent Guy Gormley shows a more sensitive side to UK Funky, going for emotive vocals and bombastic chord progressions. Rather than coming off like a saccharine pop approach, the real skill in the Enchante approach is how he manages to conjure up a wistful 80s melancholia. The samples come thick and fast, especially on "Body N Mind", which rips unabashedly into some vintage R Kelly. It's no mean feat to be both emotionally weighted and tongue-in-cheek in one record but somehow this little rascal has done it!
