Lead track "The Devil Blues" stealthily builds from its rough hewn jacking origins into a humongous peak time burner, effortlessly rolling out a seemingly infinite array of blue eyed "reach for the ceiling" moments as the track sears towards the run out groove. A stripped down accompaniment opens the flip on "The Cursed 909 Dub" while "Red Scare" drops the tempo but ups the attitude for a confident strut through melted down machine made Balearica.
