Boogie Angst is the debut album from the Netherlands hottest export Kraak & Smaak. Traditionally the Dutch have been major players in the trance side of the dance scene but Boogie Angst is a credible funk fuelled artist album from Holland's # 1 live band. Bringing elements of funk, breakbeat, house and down-tempo together on one album it is one of the most accomplished debuts of recent years. Supported on UK radio by Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Rob Da Bank, Chris Coco, Annie Nightingale and a host of others and gathering a series of rave reviews in the press, the band are well on their way to conquering the UK dance market. Their current single "Keep Me Home" has been picking up plays for the track on Radio 1 and the video is on MTV and has already been placed in the Cool Cuts Chart. The band are returning to the UK for a tour in October including a London date at the Jazz Cafe and will be playing at Bestival in September.
