Even for a DJ and producer as widely adulated as Nina Kraviz, it's been hard to ignore her debut album. Released to much fanfare on Matt Edwards Rekids imprint earlier this year, the eponymous set has been complemented by all manner of remixes which most recently manifested in a split one off 12" between Rekids and Rush Hour. New York legend Victor Rosado helms the first of three 12"s that have the potential to be the finest Kraviz related vinyl to get released this year - the project being the end result of a chance meeting between the Paradise Garage DJ and Rekids boss Matt Edwards at Miami industry shindig WMC earlier this year. The King Aus featuring "Aus" gets totally blown apart by Rosado across two "Release Yourself"mixes that successfully trade the relaxed nature of Kraviz's original for something altogether more tribal.
