Renaissance Man return to the club with this excellent 12" plate for Tiga's Turbo label, signalling an about turn from the abstract nature of their under appreciated album. Call2Call does still pay lip service to Ville and Martti's penchant for concepts however, with the six tracks based around a loose telephonic theme. It's also some of their best work yet, steering clear of straight 4/4 in favour of rough, bleep laden approach whilst retaining their distinctive and highly lauded understanding of sound design -"Moov" is a particular highlight!
