Bedmo Disco made the successful leap from digital to vinyl with their debut physical release from Rocco Raimundo, and their second, from Louisville based newcomer JP Source is just as storming as the first. "Groove From The Machine" is a high energy affair, featuring a particularly infectious guitar lick and vocal hook, gathering momentum as it rolls onwards; in contrast, "Get Your Bearings" combines its slow pace with a low slung bassline and woodblock percussion to create something with a much sleazier groove. On the flip side, "Grounds For Temptation" is undoubtedly the killer cut, taking a mid-tempo groove and melding it with an intriguing country inspired bassline, which, combined with the good time trumpet section, makes you realise there must be something very good in the water over in Kentucky.
