"Outta Sight", by Osborne, finally gets its proper due, and like a lost paradise garage classic, it's pure magic. With slinking percussion, elegant string pads, and a piano melody recalling everything from Aphexian rhapsodies to Miami Sound Machine, "Outta Sight" is all the title implies, and definitely a new sound in its own right. This is a mind blowing Spectral Sound release.
