Label/Supplier Notes

"Acid Was Conflict - 7th City Classics Volume 1" is an absolutely essential techno release. This is the first record in a series of three limited edition re-issues, with selected tracks from the legendary 7th City Detroit catalogue. This monumental re-release features the amazing "Acid Wash Conflict" by the master Claude Young under his Brother From Another Planet alias. This has long stood as a blueprint for minimal music of today, played regularly by the likes of Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos and Dan bell etc.
