'Extended Vacation' is the new single taken from Mocky's latest album 'Navy Brown Blues' and is backed with remixes by Eric D Clark, Radio Slave and Rekid. The original version is an exercise in smooth jet-setting disco for fun loving playboys and playgirls. Mocky's sparse narrative bounces off the all girl gospel choir giving the tune a soulful swing. First on the twist, Eric D Clark spends nine minutes extending the groove in his 'Erix Carte Postale' remix to create an epic excursion of 4/4 floor friendly funk. Brighton's Radio Slave takes the voyage to darker places with an expanded version that pushes the ten-minute mark. After Mocky's co-production work on Jamie Lidell's album 'Multiply', he recently produced Swedish vocalist Soffy O's debut album and played on a number of tracks on the upcoming Jane Birkin album in Paris. Mocky is currently working with Gonzales, Jamie Lidell and Renaud Letang on Feist's follow up album to 'Let It Die'.
