Mail Order

Juno Records is located in London, United Kingdom. All the orders that we receive each day (before 17:00 UK time) are picked, packed, charged and sent out the same day. On mail order-only sales, we do not charge your card until your order is ready for dispatch - this means that we never charge you for items that we cannot send.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Eurocard and JCB. We also can take UK issued Maestro and Visa Electron cards, but if issued outside Great Britain, we are unable to process the payments on these. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards, cheques, money orders or bank transfers.

If your card is not authorised by your card issuer, we will reserve the order for two weeks and retry the charge each Friday. In the meantime, if you want to resubmit your card details or submit a different card, then you can visit https://www.juno.co.uk/resubmit-card/.
